We have just launched a GoFundMe to help raise funds and cover the deficit of lost donations due to policy changes on Facebook as a donor platform. With the loss of monthly subscribers, raising money via Facebook has become less viable, and we've lost a large donor pool as a result. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal charity, generating funds even at the best of times is incredibly difficult. With the loss of such a large donor platform, it is a huge blow. To help make up for that and to help raise funds while we search for other sources of donations and begin rebuilding our donor bases on those alternatives, we are asking for help from YOU, your family, your friends, your coworkers, and anyone else you can spread our message to.
PLEASE share our GoFundMe link on all of your social media pages, tell your friends and families, donate, and help us to raise the funds we need to continue to provide above and beyond care for all of the animals in need of rescue and homes. Every penny goes directly into the feeding, care, veterinary needs, and husbandry of the animals that Rescue Tails Animal Sanctuary provides for. You can be a hero by donating, sharing, and spreading the word for us as much as possible.
